I'm a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping you build a peaceful, nourishing relationship with food and body. I practice from a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach that’s rooted in mindfulness, curiosity, and evidence-based care. My goal is to support you in finding food freedom, letting go of shame, and creating sustainable habits that support your whole self.

why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian because food is so much more than fuel - it’s a bridge to connection, culture, comfort, and healing. I find deep meaning in helping people rebuild trust in themselves, regain health, and feel at peace in their bodies. Supporting that transformation, where food becomes a source of confidence rather than fear or confusion, is exactly why I do this work.
