I’m a Registered Dietitian, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and yoga instructor who believes that health starts with compassion. I help clients build a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies—whether they’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, stage of life, or untangling old patterns around eating and self-care. My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and in charge of your own well-being.
why im a dietitian
My relationship with food started off positive (like many people’s) before it took a turn toward control, confusion, and a loss of enjoyment. Working with a Registered Dietitian helped me see that food, movement, and my body don’t have to be at war with each other. That experience—combined with years of study and application—has prepared me to help others do the same.

Sweating it out at hot yoga or melting into a sound bath. I love creating and discovering fun drinks, being anywhere near the water, and enjoying good food and big laughs with friends and family.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and completed my Dietetic Internship and Master of Dietetic Administration at Utah State University.
