Meet Caitlin

I have been a dietitian for nine years and, though I have worked with a variety of clients in hospitals, residential centers, and corporate settings, I have always found success when using a supportive and individualized approach. Each client has a unique history and I work hard to understand your personal journey so that we can create realistic and sustainable goals. My non-judgmental style helps create a comfortable and positive environment for my clients to thrive and achieve overall wellbeing.

why im a dietitian

Cooking, baking, and celebrating with food have always played a big role in my life. After initially studying psychology, I decided to enter the field of nutrition hoping to bridge the two disciplines and help others improve both mentally and physically. I love that I can spend each day working with clients to challenge thoughts and behaviors and help them build a balanced, healthy relationship with food.
