As a dietitian, I believe that nutrition is deeply personal- there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. That’s why I focus on personalized strategies that align with each person’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. I reject restrictive dieting and instead emphasize balance, flexibility, and intuitive eating. I am passionate about helping individuals develop a sustainable and positive relationship with food.

why im a dietitian
My love for nutrition grew after experiencing my own challenging relationship with food when I was young. My experience working alongside a dietitian, who was integral in my journey, showed me just how much nutrition can change a life. I wanted to bring that same impact to others. I also love that as a dietitian, I can wear many different hats- not only talking about food but also addressing the many other aspects of life that influence health. I believe in an all-encompassing approach to well-being, and I’m passionate about helping others find balance and nourishment in a way that works for them.
