I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have been working with patients with many different medical conditions for over 7 years.
Nutrition is not a one-size fits-all approach and I am sensitive to my clients’ unique needs. I am
knowledgeable in functional medicine and incorporate functional medicine practices when appropriate.
How can I choose just one? I have a sweet tooth, my go-to snacks now are dried strawberries.

In my free time, depending on the season, you will find me with my husband at the pool, beach, hiking,
cross country skiing or learning how to snowboard. When I am home, I enjoy cuddling with my cats.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of New
Haven. I completed my dietetic internship at Virginia Polytech Institute and State University.

I am a dietitian because I love to share my passion of healing our bodies with nutrition education and helping patients meet their goals and manage their conditions. It is so rewarding that when we improve our nutrition we change our lives!
