We want you to leave each session feeling motivated, empowered, understood, challenged, validated and like you have your own nutrition coach helping you succeed. We want you to learn skills and tools that build confidence in your eating habits and make you feel your best.

How many sessions do I need?

We provide a unique and customized session for each of our clients so depending on your needs the amount of sessions vary. For best results we see most of our clients for at least 3 months and meet weekly. The frequent sessions allow us to problem solve, build habits and get results that last. 

Our clients often tell us that we are their nutrition therapists. Food is so much more than nutrition. We help you heal gut issues, emotional eating, improve your relationship with food and your body which takes time. We want our clients to establish habits that last a lifetime. In order to get to the root cause of your challenges and heal it take time.

What insurances are you in network with?

We are currently in network the the following national plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United and Cigna.
We are in-network with only Medicaid of Vermont.

How do I know if my insurance will cover?

Nutrition counseling is covered under the affordable care act as preventive medicine so many Insurance companied plans generally cover nutrition visits in full as preventive, no referral required, however there are countless different plans throughout the country and they each have their nuances.

There are thousands of different insurance plans so we strongly encourage anyone that wants to use their insurance benefits to call and double check their coverage.

1. Call the customer service number on the back of your health insurance card.

2. Please write down the date, reference number, and agent's name in case you need it in the future. Please send the information provided to insurance to for our records or if you need any assistance. 

3. Please as Ask if nutrition is covered by preventive medicine using CPT codes 97803 (nutrition follow up sessions) with diagnostic code Z71.3 (nutrition surveillance and counseling)?
- 3A- Is there is a limit on the number of sessions covered?
- 3B- Is there a deductible amount or specialist co-pay after 3 sessions?

4. Is CPT Code: 97803 (nutrition follow up sessions) covered with a medical diagnosis code?
 If so how many sessions are covered? Does this go towards my deductible? Is there a copay?
- 4A- Is there is a limit on the number of sessions covered?

We want our services to be accessible to you and the most common complaint that we receive is that our clients wished they invested in themselves earlier!

Our initial consultation is 85 minutes and costs $235 USD and our follow up appointments are $135 for 55 minutes follow up. We strongly encourage clients who are committed to improve their quality of life to start with the starter pack. Our most common package is the accountability plan!

What should I do before my first appointment?

Congratulations on taking the first step in feeling your best! Besides for being excited to have support, education and accountability- the only thing you have to do is complete your new client paperwork.

Our new client paperwork is important so that you are consenting to work with us, allowing us to discuss your treatment with your medical team (therapist, physical therapist, MD...) if you choose and allow us to prepare for your session. All new client paperwork is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and should only take ~5-10 minutes. If you need any help we are happy to support you!

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call or email us at or email your dietitian if it is a follow up appointment. 

You can request a change in your appointment time here:

If you give less than 24 hours notice we have a $75 minute late cancel and No show policy.
