How to make Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

instructions

Cauliflower- Cauliflower is a rich source of vitamins C and K, as well as important minerals such as potassium and folate. It contains antioxidants and is high in fiber which helps support healthy digestion. Folate, a B-vitamin found in cauliflower, is important for brain function and the potassium and fiber in cauliflower can also help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Olive oil- Olive oil is particularly high in monounsaturated fats, and contains omega-6 and omega-3, all healthy fats that contribute to a healthy heart.

Garlic Powder- Garlic powder is a versatile ingredient that is commonly used in cooking to add flavor and aroma to dishes. It is made from dehydrated and ground garlic cloves, which retain many of the health benefits associated with fresh garlic. Some of the nutritional benefits of garlic powder include: rich in antioxidants, may improve heart health (reduce high blood pressure, lower cholesterol), may boost the immune system and have anti-inflammatory effects

serving tips

Serve as a side dish to your favorite entrée or alongside other vegetables. You can also serve these as an appetizer on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs.

For this recipe, we used Franks Red Hot Seasoning, but you can use any kind of dry rub seasoning if you're not a fan of Buffalo flavor and spice. Some flavors you can try are BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan or Chili Lime. Our favorite dipping sauces to pair this recipe with are Ranch or Blue Cheese.

Make your own- making your own buffalo seasoning allows you to really customize the flavor and heat by adding more or less of certain seasonings. To make your own, use garlic, onion, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

cooking methods

Our preferred method is to air-fry them, but if you don't have an air-fryer, you can roast them in the oven to still give them the crispy, caramelized texture
