• Review the Insurance page and Meet our Providers page to determine which dietitian is the best fit to work with you. Next, give us a call so that we can walk you through all the steps and book your appointment!
  • Check your email for our welcome message which includes instructions and the patient portal information
  • Complete the online intake forms through the patient portal and upload any additional information you want us to have, such as.: reports from your recent doctor's visits, lab results.
  • Verify your insurance benefits. 
  • We recommend using a computer for teleheatlh appointments, but if you plan to use your phone or tablet you'll need to download the Simple Practice app. 
  • Check your email for the appointment reminder which will contain a link to join the video call. 

Prior to the appointment

Initial visit

Plan for 1.5 hours for the initial visit, which will allow your dietitian to go over your medical history and health status, get to know you and your eating habits, help you establish some goals health status


The frequency of the follow up visits will depend on your nutrition status and goals, however most clients benefit from at least 10-12 appointments


Yes! We offer virtual appointments and most insurance plans cover these type of visits. However checking with your insurance prior to the visit is strongly recommended.
