why im a dietitian

Growing up food was really important part of our family, we ate dinner together, mom always made a balanced meal and I realized not everyone had that. When my sister started struggling with eating disorder, and my dad with GI issues, it sparked my curiosity. I wanted to learn more to help my family and others.

Julia M was successful in developing realistic goals that worked for her and her lifestyle

"I've been working with Katie for a few months and have thoroughly enjoyed this process. I was anxious to work with a dietitian, but immediately felt supported. Katie has helped me to develop realistic goals that work for me and my lifestyle. She is so knowledgeable and has made great recommendations that have helped me to feel healthy and more confident. Highly recommend!"
