I take a holistic approach, looking at your lifestyle, routines, and any barriers that may be getting in the way of your goals. Together, we’ll focus on building practical habits and making realistic changes that fit into your everyday life.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take ownership of your health and feel confident in your nutrition choices. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
why im a dietitian
I became a dietitian because I was fascinated by how nutrition influences every aspect of our health. When I made small changes to my own nutrition, I noticed improvements in my energy, sleep, how my body felt overall, and even my confidence. Experiencing these benefits firsthand inspired me to pursue this profession so I can help others feel their best in their bodies.

You’ll find me: Outside, doing a dance workout, playing with my two cats, trying a new recipe or a new restaurant, or listening to a podcast while cleaning my house.
education
I completed my bachelor’s in human environmental sciences at The University of Alabama and then completed my dietetic internship at Gulf Coast Dietetic Internship.
