Hi, I’m Eden — a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping individuals experience nutrition as a positive, supportive force in their lives.
My interest in nutrition began early and has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. I have seen firsthand the meaningful impact that nutrition can have on overall health and well-being. At the same time, I recognize how overwhelming the field can feel. With the constant influx of conflicting information, diet trends, and pressure to achieve perfection, it can be difficult to know what truly works.
My philosophy centers on creating a balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition—one that aligns with your lifestyle, supports your goals, and promotes long-term well-being rather than short-term results.
why im a dietitian
I pursued a career in dietetics after recognizing how much confusion, stress, and pressure many people experience around food and body image. What began as an interest in nutrition and fitness developed into a deeper commitment to helping others build confidence and find peace in their relationship with food.
My experience in eating disorder care has been especially influential in shaping my approach. It reinforced that health extends beyond nutrition alone—it encompasses mindset, behaviors, and overall quality of life. As a result, my work is grounded in balance, sustainability, and meeting each individual where they are in their journey.

Choosing a favorite food is never easy, but fresh grilled burgers are always a top choice—they’re simple, satisfying, and enjoyable in a variety of settings.

Outside of work, I enjoy tending to my growing collection of plants, exploring antique and thrift shops, and spending time outdoors—whether hiking, swimming, or simply enjoying fresh air. I also appreciate a cozy coffee shop (where I usually order tea), a good book, and creating moments that make everyday life feel slower and more intentional.
education
I completed both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition at Marshall University, along with a Dietetic Internship focused on nutrition education. In addition, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NFPT, allowing me to integrate both nutrition and movement into a comprehensive approach to health.
